Guest accommodation consists of a twin room and double rooms equipped to a luxury standard and with ensuite shower rooms.

The guest sitting room and bedrooms occupy the whole of the first floor while the dining room is on the ground floor with a view of the peaceful walled garden.

For those guests who would like to relax and read, there is a sitting room with a good supply of books, magazines and brochures. If that doesn't tempt you why not listen to the music centre which has a number of discs and tapes for your easy listening.

Luxury bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled colour televisions, radio alarm clocks, tea, coffee & hot chocolate making facilities, hairdryers and fans.

We are confident that you will find your bed to be the most comfortable you have experienced in any hotel or guest house. The pocket sprung mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets and top of the range pillows add to your comfort and a restful night's sleep.

All bedrooms have high pressure walk-in showers complete with gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.

Having undergone refurbishment, Britannia House now exhibits some of the red sandstone and old ships' timbers used in its construction.
